NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Port of Poulsbo may have more than one Commissioner attend the City of Poulsbo Regular Council Meeting, scheduled for Wednesday, March 11, 2026, at 5:00 p.m. at Poulsbo City Hall, 200 Moe St., Poulsbo, Washington.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that no Port business is expected to be conducted with the attendance at the City meeting.

The Port of Poulsbo (“Port District”) Commissioners have issued this formal Notice of Vacancy for filling the District 12 position on the Port District Board of Commissioners.

This Notice of Vacancy provides 15 days’ notice of the following nominee by the Commission for the Port District Board of Commissioners: James Dingels

This Notice also commences an open period for registered voters who reside within the boundaries of the Port District to nominate additional persons for consideration for the vacant position. Residents can submit names for additional nominations by emailing the Port Manager at james.weaver@portofpoulsbo.com.
