Kitsap Rowing Association - KRA
Kitsap Rowing Association is a non-profit rowing club dedicated to making recreational and competitive rowing accessible to adults of all ages and abilities within the Kitsap community. We row year round (weather permitting) from the Port of Poulsbo marina and offer Learn to Row classes throughout the summer. Come row with us!
Freedom Boat Club
Freedom Boat Club is the nations oldest and largest Members-only boating club. We started in 1989 in Sarasota, FL and have since grown to over 250+ locations worldwide, with 11 locations and 135+ boats here on the Puget Sound. At Freedom Boat Club Puget Sound, members have unlimited access to the boats at their 11 homeports from Sunrise to Sunset, 7 Days a Week, with literally no maintenance, cleaning, or gassing up whatsoever! Our Members also have reciprocal access to the 250 locations worldwide. We opened our Poulsbo club in 2020 and are excited to grow with the community going forward – here in Poulsbo we will have 10 boats by Summer 2021, and one more thing, we buy our boats brand new and sell them after 2-3 years! Poulsbo Boaters Association (PBA)
The Poulsbo Boaters Association is an informal group of power and sail boaters who have permanent moorage at the Port of Poulsbo. There are no dues or fees. We’re run by a group of self-selected volunteers.
The PBA delivers a monthly report to the Port on general licensee concerns, such as dock and boat safety, security, good maintenance, and general enjoyment of the docks. From time to time, we’ll flag something of interest that happens at Port meetings, and let you know about it. We also have membership meetings, to discuss issues or dialogue with Port Staff and Commissioners. Think of it as all the licensees looking out for each other, and letting the Port know what we see.
The PBA encourages Licensees at the Port of Poulsbo to sign up with us for communications concerning the Port, and invitations to our meetings. Our primary mode of communication is via email.
