SUMMER TRANSIENT MOORAGE

During the summer months, from May 1 to September 30 every year, we often have slips available for transient moorage. These slips are made available by permanent moorage customers who are away on extended trips. These slips are typically located on docks C, B, A and AA (gated), as well as D-dock (not gated). The number, location and duration of available slips for transient moorage often varies. For current availability, please call the office at (360) 779-9905 ext 4.

WINTER TRANSIENT MOORAGE

The Poulsbo Marina is well protected from the southerly winter gales Puget Sound is known for. That’s what makes it an excellent place to winter your boat. From October 1 to April 30 every year, we get authorization from the State to use half of our guest slips (63 in total) for transient moorage.

All of the slips are 30′ in length, though we often have vessels well in excess of 40′ in winter moorage. It is completely up to the boat owner, and what he or she is comfortable with. The winter transient moorage rate includes electricity, water, access to the bath house and laundry facility, and free wifi.

NOTE:

Live-aboard status is not available in transient moorage. However, everyone in the marina is allowed to stay on their boat up to 30 days out of 40, or a total of 90 days out of 365, without needing authorization to live-aboard.
