Report an Issue


There are two ways to submit a report, desktop computer or mobile app.

DESKTOP COMPUTER

There are two ways to submit a report. You can either click the SeeClickFix logo, which will take you to their website, or use the report form provided below.

If using the SeeClickFix website, follow these steps:

  • Click “I’m a Citizen”
  • Enter “Poulsbo WA” under “Enter your town”
  • Click “Report an issue” and follow the instructions

As long as the issue being reported falls within one of two watch areas, the Port will receive the report. Very important, the issue MUST be identified as being located within the Watch Area boundaries.

To see a map of the Watch Areas, click on “Watch Areas” in the main menu. Then, select either of the Port of Poulsbo watch areas from the list provided.

  • Port of Poulsbo 1 is for the Marina
  • Port of Poulsbo 2 is for the Jensen Way parking lot

This report form works best using a desktop computer

MOBILE APP

If using the mobile app, submitting a report is a bit different.

Using this app will not allow you to see the watch area boundaries. But, as long as you place the red marker on top of the marina, you should be well within the Port of Poulsbo 1 (marina) watch area. If you place the red marker on top of the Jensen Way parking lot, you should be well within the Port of Poulsbo 2 watch area.
