Beginning at the corner common to said Sections 23, 24 and 26; thence Westerly along the line common to said Sections 23 and 26, 1310.5 feet to Point “A”; thence Southwesterly to the Meander Line of Liberty Bay at a point 731.50 feet Southeasterly (as measured along said Meander Line) from the Meander Corner common to said Sections 23 and 26, said point being the True Point of Beginning; thence Northeasterly in said Section 26 to said Point “A”; thence Westerly along said common line between Sections 23 and 26, 6 feet, more or less, to the Southeast corner of Government Lot 1 of said Section 23;
